Shipping policy

We only offer UK shipping. This is with the Royal Mail 48 service.

We process website orders for dispatch on Mondays to Fridays. Providing your items are in stock and ordered before midday GMT of any weekday your order will be dispatched the same working day. Shipping times vary.

Our chosen standard postage service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a deliver aim of 2 to 3 days (excl. Sundays).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during posting, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Delays due to circumstances outside the control of Gaming Frome shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel or to refuse delivery.

When taking receipt of the goods from the courier and if the packaging is damaged please state “Damaged” when signing as failure to do this will mean that you have received them in good condition, if the contents are damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
